Date Uncertain (?) CAISO 8th Stakeholder Meeting on C3ETP.  The CAISO attempted to wrap the 7th C3ETP Stakeholder Conference into the 2010 Transmission Planning Stakeholder Meeting without properly sending out a separate Market Notice three weeks in advance of the meeting.  But Save the Foothills monitors were paying attention to the Transmission Planning process as well and were able to attend the meeting.  STF also contacted the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission about the failure to properly send out notice about the C3ETP meeting.  Warned by FERC to follow the rules, CAISO was conciliatory and welcomed STF into the stakeholder process in a more open way.
